Photographer - means Yordanka Atanasova Photography LTD, a company incorporated in England & Wales (registration number 11323704) having its registered office at 55-57 Holmes Road NW5 3AN London UK;

Client - means the person or organisation to whom the invoice is addressed.

Copyright - is a system of legal norms governing, regulating and protecting the relations arising from or on the occasion of the creation and use of scientific, literary, artistic and other works of intellectual labor;

Cookies - is a packet of information sent from a web server to an Internet browser and then returned by the browser each time it accesses that server. Cookies may contain arbitrary information selected by the server and are used to maintain the status of HTTP transactions;

Administrator of the personal data - is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other structure that alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing.

IV. DATA ADMINISTRATOR

The Client hereby grants to the Photographer a licence to copy, reproduce, store, distribute, publish, export, adapt, edit the final images to the extent reasonably required for the performance of the Photographer's obligations and the exercise of the Photographer's rights under these Terms and Conditions, together with the right to sub-license these rights to the extent reasonably required for the performance of the Photographer's obligations and the exercise of the Photographer's rights under these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Client warrants to the Photographer that all photos when used by the Photographer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights or other legal rights of any person, and will not breach the provisions of any law, statute or regulation, in any jurisdiction and under any applicable law.

3. The Client grants to the Photographer a licence to display the final products on the website and for any promotional activities.

4. The Photographer hereby gives the Client full rights to use their final products.

5. The Photographer must:

(a) keep the Client Confidential Information strictly confidential;

(b) not disclose the Client Confidential Information to any person without the Client's prior written consent, and then only under conditions of confidentiality approved in writing by the Client;

(c) use the same degree of care to protect the confidentiality of the Client Confidential Information as the Photographer uses to protect the Photographer's own confidential information of a similar nature, being at least a reasonable degree of care.

IV. PAYMENT

All payments should be complete on the day of the service or not more than 30 days after the invoice is issued via bank transfer or by cash.

V. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints should be raised within 30 days from the date of receipt of the final images.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.

These Terms and Conditions shall not be varied except by agreement in writing.
